The plan names carry useful information
Blooio’s current comparison separates personal Starter, Commercial Shared, Commercial Dedicated, and Inbound. The commercial shared plan is $89 monthly and the dedicated commercial plan is $289; $39 is the personal Starter price. The $98 Inbound plan cannot start new conversations.
For an agent desk, that distinction changes the evaluation. Are staff continuing inbound inquiries, following up after a request, or using a number customers are expected to recognize over time? A cheaper plan for a different job is not a saving.
Where the team should look closely
Blooio lists unlimited team members and describes shared pools versus numbers isolated to a workspace. Confirm how sender identity, thread access, and customer continuity behave on your chosen plan. Its HighLevel integration page is a useful place to begin a CRM-specific evaluation.
The comparison lists fifteen new conversations per day for Commercial Shared. Dedicated plans still have messaging safety controls even where the table says unlimited. Get the operational limits for your exact organization before distributing work among agents.
A worthwhile evaluation for a defined workflow
Bring a sample of ordinary conversations to the demo: an image, a late reply, an agent absence, and a customer who uses a different channel. Decide whether staff can handle them without leaving information in a second inbox.
We would consider Blooio when its plan structure and integration fit that routine. We would not compare the personal entry price with another vendor’s dedicated business line or infer real-world reliability from a marketing uptime figure.
